1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Odvero RFP website and its browser-based comparison workspace. It does not apply to third-party websites or software you may use before or after using the product.
2. RFP and amendment content
The current product reads pasted text and selected UTF-8 .txt or .md files in your browser. Comparison takes place in browser memory. The workflow does not transmit document text to Odvero, an AI provider, a database, or object storage.
Inputs and results are not saved to an Odvero account because the product has no account or saved-history feature. Odvero does not persist or recover the working data. Browser-level tab restoration is controlled by your browser and device. Files you export are saved by your browser to your device and are controlled by you.
3. Technical request data
When you visit the site, hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect it. This can include time, requested route, IP address or IP-derived network information, browser and device information, and diagnostic or security events.
The local comparison workflow does not put your document text into those requests. Odvero does not currently use product analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
4. Cookies and accounts
Odvero RFP does not currently create a product account or set product cookies. Your browser or network environment may have its own settings and controls that are outside this product.
5. Support communications
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Do not send RFP or amendment text, document attachments, confidential details, or screenshots containing that material. Technical details such as browser version, operating system, error message, file type, and approximate character count are normally sufficient.
We use support information to respond, troubleshoot, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the service. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Providers that host or protect the site may process technical request data on our behalf. An email provider may process support communications when you contact us. We may also disclose limited information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current product has no advertising network.
7. Security and your choices
We use reasonable safeguards for the systems within our control, but no website, browser, or device can be guaranteed secure. Use a trusted, updated device; review browser extensions; and protect any report you download according to your organization policy.
Because Odvero does not receive or store document content through this workflow, it cannot retrieve, delete, or restore that content for you. You can stop using the workspace at any time by closing the page.
8. Children
Odvero RFP is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use the product to collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. A later feature that materially changes the data flow—such as accounts, storage, collaboration, or AI processing—requires an updated policy before launch.
